"Friends, Romans, Countrymen..."
Welcome to my website!
Growing up a shy southern boy in Southeast Georgia, I found my outlet in theatre at a young age. Realizing my joy and love for the arts, my family supported my dreams and goals to become an actor.
After graduating with my BFA in theatre arts in 2011, I began a year long internship (which soon became 2 years) with Lexington Children's Theatre. It was at LCT that my passion for teaching began to grow and where our wonderful Artistic Director inspired me to continue growing as a performer and dreaming to reach goals that I thought were unattainable. After spending about 6 years moving across the country and touring, plus a year long hiatus from the road in Atlanta and St. Louis, respectively, I was able to bring to life my greatest dream.
I moved to New York City at the the beginning of 2019 and have found myself in a whirlwind of an adventure. After getting myself settled, I got to get my feet wet in the theatre scene with SmallestOne Productions Campy Caberet series, 13 going on 30: The musical as the hilariously flamboyant and undeniably British Richard. Afterwards, I had my true NYC stage debut with Harlem Repertory Theatre in their production of Jamaica, as the leading man, Koli. Whch has open the door for me to join their talented cast of A Raisin in the Sun as George and Bobo. I am very excited to announce that I will be starting rehearsals for Peter and the Starcatcher with Theatre for Humanity's Innagural Season as Captin Scott/Alf/Grempkin.
Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome.
